WILDFLOWER HONEY

Clark’s of Colorado wildflower honey is a light-amber full-bodied honey with notes of clover and a distinct sweetness. It is created from a natural gathering of nectar from the blossoms of various wildflowers, alfalfa and flowering trees of the Colorado Rocky Mountains.

USDA CERTIFIED ORGANIC HONEY

Our Non-GMO Project Verified, USDA-certified Organic Honey, is sourced from high-quality forage lands in India and Uruguay. It is produced without the use of pesticides and antibiotics by trusted beekeepers committed to tending bees responsibly. Visually striking, the honey has a rich caramel color and a delicate aroma of floral and woody notes.

Nutrients

Each tablespoon, or 21 grams, of Clark's of Colorado honey contains 60 calories, 17 grams of carbohydrates and 16 grams of sugar. There is no fat, fiber, sodium or protein. Our honey is certified Kosher, all natural and produced by real bees!

Unpasteurized. Lightly Heated

Unpasteurized honey is only slightly heated during packaging, where the honey retains many of its nutritional properties yet is more fluid than raw crystalized honey. We strive to retain as many nutrients as possible and provide a product that doesn't crystalize quickly.

Gently Filtered

We gently filter the honey removing bees' knees and wings which can be found in the honey after the harvest extraction giving it a clearer appearance and retaining its naturally delicious flavor.
